"This is... better than I thought!" The man exclaimed when he tasted the soup.

The chicken soup was filled with savoriness from the Lin Clan Transcendent Essence and the flavor of the other ingredients in the soup was accentuated by it.

He went on and slurped a mouthful of the rice noodles.

And it didn’t disappoint.

The rice noodle was chewy and smooth, with the aroma of the rice that stuck around as an aftertaste.

The man didn’t stop and finished the bowl of rice noodles soup quickly.

Satisfied with what he had, the man wiped off the sweat on his brow and asked, "Will you be here tomorrow?"

The servants didn’t know what to say and they glanced over at Lin Xuan Qi.

Lin Xuan Qi came up to the man and said, "Sure, we will be here."

He could make use of this time for the servants to get used to things.

They would then be able to teach his franchisee when he started the franchise.

Which would be perfect for him to make good use of the time and effort he had already put in.

"Then, I will be here to try out the other stuffs." The man said and he walked away while he took a few glances at the rice cakes and spring rolls.

Another person came over to the food cart, pointed at the man who just left and said, "I want what he had too."

"That will be five copper coins."

"Sounds good to me." The person nodded his head and the servants started making another bowl of rice noodles soup.

This time, they got even better at it with not a moment wasted.

And before he knew it, the bowl of rice noodle soup was ready for the new customer.

"That’s fast." He said and took a slurp of the rice noodle.

The same thing happened as before and the customer exclaimed with joy, "This is so good."

Others also came over and checked on what was on sale.

Some of them ordered the rice cakes and some ordered the spring rolls.

And every dish hit the right spot for them.

"My heavens, this rice cake is nothing like I’ve tasted before."

"The spring rolls are just as good."

"Nah. Nothing beats having a bowl of hot noodles out in the cold."

They chatted among themselves while they had the food, comparing with each other which tasted better.

But the overall consensus was that the taste was so much better than they had expected.

They thought that the taste of the food was worthy of being at the price point of the food in the best inn, and yet, it wasn’t.

This was the advantage Lin Xuan Qi had over the other competitors.

With his rice and rice noodle store, much of the cost for others was nonexistent for him.

And coupled with him being the supplier of the Lin Clan Taste Transcendent Essence, everything was much more in his favor.

Lin Xuan Qi saw the response and he was glad that it was a hit.

It got him confident enough to get ready to execute his plan for the franchise next.

He wasn’t sure if he had to wait until the spring festival was over to do so, but things had been set in motion and he couldn’t wait to be able to make more money from it.

And while he was thinking about the franchising, the food cart was sold out pretty soon.

"What do you think?" Yue Jie gave out a sigh and said.

Her frustrations somehow dissipated when she saw his good looking face.

Maybe it was fated for her to owe him in her past life. She thought.

She was even more convinced of it when he wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her into his embrace.

It was enough to make her mind go blank for a moment.

"Wait, I’ve forgotten how much it was." She pouted and tried to get back to what she was doing earlier.

"So, how much do we have left?" Lin Xuan Qi let her go and asked.

"Not much with how you are spending." She shrugged and lamented to him.

Lin Xuan Qi raised an eyebrow before giving her the bad news.

"I am thinking of setting up a franchise for the rice noodles business."

It took her a while to compose herself and she asked, "What do you mean by a franchise?"

She didn’t know what it was and she wanted to know.
