Chapter 2230: Simulation game? (1)

When I could see again, I found that I was inside of a room.

"Where is this?" I said as I couldn’t help looking around with a confused look.

But after looking around, I found that there wasn’t anything here.

This room was basically empty except for what seemed to be a few pieces of furniture that a normal room needed. There was a desk, a bed, a table, and some other things, but nothing that really stood out.

After all, this looked like a normal room no matter how one looked at it.

But I knew that this wouldn’t be a simple room.

The reason that I was sent here was to help guide some people, but there were no people here at all.

In fact, it didn’t even seem like there was a door to leave this place.

At this moment, the first thought that passed through my mind was, "Did they trap me?"

After all, I knew that they had some kind of plan for me and it would only make sense that they would trap me now before I could get more powerful.

Though the one that would have ordered this would be the God of Creation...

The power that I obtained was very similar to that the God of Creation possessed and that would be considered a threat to the God of Creation.

However, I also had doubts about this since it didn’t make sense.

Simply put, I knew that they needed me right now to deal with the forces of Destruction, which was why they couldn’t just get rid of me that easily. There wasn’t anyone else that would be able to help them deal with the forces of Destruction.

It was just I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing here.

"Is there some kind of invisible door?"

After muttering this to myself, I moved to the wall and started pressing my hand against it. However, it wasn’t just with my sense of touch that I was trying to find something the door with.

While I had my hand up against the wall, I was also releasing a wave of divine energy to cover the wall to see if there was anything that was there.

It was just that no matter how I tried scanning it with my divine energy, I wasn’t able to find anything.

"There’s something blocking me..."

I didn’t know if it was someone else’s divine energy or if it was something special about the material of this wall itself that was doing this, but I wasn’t able to get through it at all. It seemed like it was specifically made to repel divine energy as I didn’t feel the same thing with my mana.

Only I wasn’t skilled enough in controlling mana to scan the wall.

It was only with divine energy that I could do this since I had trained using divine energy.

In the end, I had no choice but to give up since it didn’t seem like I was going to find anything.

That was when I turned my attention to the different pieces of furniture that were in this room.

There had to be a reason that these things had been placed here...Well, other than for me to use since I was still a human.

The nagging thought that was on my mind was how I would be able to survive since there was no food or water here. But then I remembered that I could just create my own food and water if necessary since I had the creation divine energy.

Being trapped in here really did throw me for a loop that I didn’t think properly.

Which was why I took a breath to calm down before looking at the furniture.

Only it didn’t seem like there was anything special about these pieces of furniture at all. It seemed like they were nothing more than normal pieces of furniture.

However, I knew that this wasn’t the case since I could feel something from them.

"They have the same effect as the wall. There’s something blocking my divine energy."

I really had no idea what it was about these things that blocked my divine energy, but it seemed like they really wanted to keep me in here.

Since I wasn’t able to find anything, I asked, "What am I supposed to do here?"

There was naturally no response that followed.

It seemed like this room really was some kind of isolated space that had no one else around.

With a sigh, I sat down at the desk and started thinking about what I should do next.

But the moment that I sat down, there was something that changed with the desk.

"Are these screens?"

Looking down at the panels that had suddenly appeared on the surface of the desk, I couldn’t help revealing a strange look. But looking closely, I was able to confirm that these were indeed screens.

However, confirming this surprised me even more.

When I looked at them closely, I could see that there were actually people that were on these screens.

"This doesn’t look like a place that I recognize...Even these people seem a bit different from the ones on the continent. Is this another continent that’s hidden or some kind of hidden world?"

It made more sense that it would be some kind of hidden world since there were no other continents to this world as far as the game was concerned.

I had seen the gods creating this world, so I knew that they had used little bubbles to create simulated worlds to grow things in. So it would make sense if that was the case with the world that was being shown in front of me.

The problem was that...

"What am I supposed to do with this?"

I was supposed to guide them, but how was I supposed to do that when I couldn’t even interact with them?

It really seemed like I was being set up for failure...
